Southendon-Sea Open Championships

We had 4 athletes attend the Southend-on-Sea Open Championships, difficult conditions with a heavy headwind but it remained dry. This was the last Championship of the season and what a season it has been for them!

Joel, in his first year as an U15 saw fantastic results.
Gaining 5th place in 100m at Southend-on-Sea

Gold in 200m at Suffolk and 4th at Southend-on-Sea

6th in 300m at Peterborough
(Season best of 41.2s).
Gold in Triple Jump at Suffolk and Bronze at both Peterborough and Southend-on-Sea

Abeni won her third Gold medal of her season in Triple Jump, a hat trick win in Suffolk, Peterborough and Southend-on-Sea Championships.
